Brakspear GRAVITY goes through a unique brewing process carried out by only a handful of brewers throughout the world. The process is complex but the result is worth it.
The famous Brakspear Double Dropping System, is where the beer is fermented for 16 hours before flowing naturally under gravity to a second vessel to begin its second fermentation. This system creates clarity in both appearance and taste, giving the Brakspear drinker an all-round superior pint.
So important is the double dropping system, when brewing moved back to Witney in 2002, the roof of the brewery was raised to accommodate the Brakspear brewing equipment.
